The Ministry of Agriculture and Land Reclamation announced the documents and procedures required of the companies exporting the agricultural crops to the Arab countries, which require fulfillment before the export operations.
The Central Department of Quarantine has prepared a circular distributed to all stone ports and agricultural quarantine inspectors, including those procedures and requirements required for circulation to companies exporting agricultural crops to the Arab countries.
The circular stipulates that the registration form for companies, currently available at the Central Department of Agricultural Quarantine, is to be completed. It is located at 1 Hunting Club Street in Dokki, or call 0237608575 or fax 0237608574.
The circular stressed that the representatives of the companies should bring a number of documents, such as: the commercial register, the exporters register the national ID number of the owner or the manager of the company responsible with a copy of it.
The circular pointed out that the central administration of the agricultural quarantine to register and submit the required papers before the start of the export process within a period of not more than 15 days.
For his part, Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation, Dr. Abdel Moneim El Banna said that this step comes within the plan of the Ministry to develop the Egyptian agricultural quarantine through the construction of accurate and sound databases on various agricultural exports exported and imported to and from all countries of the world as well as companies working in this regard, Preserving Egypt's export reputation to the countries of the world.
